Creator rights come first

The default assumption on TokSavePro is that the original creator owns the copyright to their video, regardless of whether it is public. The fact that a video can be saved technically does not mean reuse is allowed.

Repeat infringers

We may restrict access for users who repeatedly misuse the service for copyright infringement.
