How to file a notice

If you believe content reachable through TokSavePro infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to dmca@toksavepro.com including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The exact URL or identifier of the material.
• Your contact information (name, email, phone, address).
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice to the same address with similar information and a statement under penalty of perjury.

Repeat infringers

We may restrict access for users who repeatedly attempt to misuse the service for copyright infringement.
