TikTok Link Not Working?
A quick checklist of fixes for broken or unsupported TikTok URLs.
If you copied a TikTok link and it isn't working in TokSavePro, the link itself is almost always the problem — not the downloader. This page walks through the four most common causes (mangled URL, expired link, private/deleted post, region block) and gives you a one-line fix for each.
How it works
- Re-copy the link directly from TikTok. Don't edit the URL by hand. Use Share → Copy link inside the TikTok app or website.
- Strip messaging-app trackers. If the link came through WhatsApp or Messenger, it may have extra tracking parameters. Just use the original Share URL.
- Confirm the post is public. Open the link in an incognito browser tab. If it shows a login wall, the post is private or restricted.
- Try a different public TikTok. If a known-good public video also fails, the upstream service may be temporarily down. Wait 60 seconds and retry.
What you get
- Accepts every TikTok URL form. tiktok.com, m.tiktok.com, vm.tiktok.com, vt.tiktok.com, and /t/ short links all work.
- Clear errors. Invalid URLs are caught before the network request, so you don't waste time waiting.
- Fast retries. Tap Try another video on the result card to clear state without reloading the page.

tiktok.com, m.tiktok.com, vm.tiktok.com, vt.tiktok.com, and tiktok.com/t/ short links.
Do TikTok share links expire?
Long-form share URLs don't expire, but short-form vm.tiktok.com / vt.tiktok.com links can occasionally redirect to a login page if the post was set to private.
Will TikTok block my IP?
We rate-limit per IP to protect the service, but TikTok itself doesn't track your IP through this tool.
